Round 1
Montreal over Colorado in a nail biter. 6-6-3 with Montreal winning tie break
Minny over here Toronto 8-5-2. Toronto is capable of the upset here showing they can win against the best a few weeks back but this is a tough task.
Isles over Rangers 14-0-1. Injuries, who cares this is the isles and these are the playoffs. Rangers best keep their bags packed... o.k. just kidding 12-1-2.
Dallas over Kings - 4th vs 5th is always a killer but cant bet against myself. Not a matchup I wanted. 7-5-3
Round 2
Montreal vs Dallas.... Habs fall to the Stars in a close one and fail to claim their DHL title. 6-4-5 in the closest battle ever witnessed in the DHL.
Isles over Minny 8-7-0 with both teams getting hit by the injury bug and wheeling out partial rosters all week.
Round 3
Dallas over the Isles - Law of averages says the Isles cant beat the Stars every year...Stars go on to be the 1st DHL team to win a 2nd Championship!

I’m not making any more predictions this year. Already too embarrassed after thinking Shawn could win the Metro division.

Round 1
Montreal wins vs Colorado in a match up that is way closer than I would have liked.
Toronto wins a close one over Minny by winning the goaltending match up 4-0.
Rangers beat the Islanders. *Would have picked NYI if healthy.
Stars over LA in a close one, also by winning the goaltending battle, but 5-0 with a shutout.
Round 2
Montreal over Dallas. Easy.
Toronto over the Rangers in a close one. Again, Toronto wins all the goaltending categories.
Round 3
Montreal wins their 1st DHL championship over Toronto to continue the trend of no team winning a 2nd championship...on Malkin staying healthy for the first time in many years for the duration of the DHL playoffs!
Good luck to all, should be a lot of fun!!
