Although I believe the majority here are familiar with the Radulov rule, I figured I’d explain it out here to make sure everyone was on the same page;
Over the years we’ve seen a few cases of a prospect aged player losing their prospect eligibility and not being available in yahoo due to them not being under contract; a few names that come to kind are Radulov, Koskinen, Fasth, and I’m sure there are others? Voynov maybe?
When a team owns a player who is not in yahoo but does not want to lose them due to an inability to call them up, we allow that team to leave an empty bench spot to compensate for the player. This years version is Andrei Kuzmenko;
What I would suggest for the Bruins; is that for the time being, if you wish to call him up before he loses eligibility, do so by calling up David Backes as he is in yahoo, will require a move to add and call up to make the move count and will help admin keep dibs on all moves to ensure they are legal;
Any questions or concerns please post here;

I chose David Backes as he is in yahoo but has officially retired, so he makes a good place holder while not being a player who could at any point help a team…. Hope that makes sense.

The rest of this ruling re: Kuzmenko seems consistent with what we've allowed in the past. But if Kuzmenko loses eligibility and Bruins drop him, he is not available to be picked up by anybody until he's signed, at which point he'd be subject to waivers. Attachments:
